If these tools are not standard to all game players then it provides an Unfair advantage to the users, i.e. It's a CHEAT!
Points awarded for rankings should be adjusted accordingly.
Here's a thought, how about using your brain and strategy to win a game! Just a thought.
At least you get points for origionallity, the dice complaints are getting a little old...
