The R 1077 U3 infantry aren't able to attack the AA battery located on the same territory. You can only attack the AA from Gumrak Station. Is this supposed to happen?

There also seems to be a glitch where the R 64th 15th Div infantry can't attack the artillery on the same region. The artillery can only be taken from R 64th 72nd Div infantry.

This is a super promising map, I'm already having fun playing it, and it seems to be perhaps one of the most interesting for 1 vs 1 games. I don't play those often, but they're certainly interesting here.

Two possible glitches (and I'm sorry if they're reported already and I missed them): My Sheykin Sniper was not able to attack R13th Guards Rifle Div. B even though that building is highlighted. And a few days ago my Chiukov Guards AA was not able to attack any Lufthanse planes.

Maybe those have already been reported, but if not, wanted to let you know.
thanks,
bill

It's good to see everyone pitching in and listing the glitches, but don't forget, there will be a delay between cairnswk posting a new XML file and that file going live for play.

What is the typical length of delay?

I'm not sure in this type of situation, but when a map in Final Forge goes live for Beta, there can be a wait of a few days for lackattack to upload the files to the site. Updates like these may be similar.

Hehe, there were people on the suugs forum who were arguing that every XML change should be pre-announced and given a 24 hour delay... I wonder if they ever pictured a situation like this here ;)

Hehe, never, as you have pointed out before, they don't read the rules of playing a map in BETA.

ACtually, i must say i deliberately did this and didn't warry too much about the xml being correct. I am surprised that i got most of it correct. But i also knew there were plenty of peps out there who just love putting their hand up and announcing " i found a mistake" :)
So, i did learn something in the last 3 years or so.

It is Friday night here in Oz.
I will have a good look at this in about 9 hours and see if i can't fix it good. :)

Great to see this go beta! =D> Fun so far.

Possible bug? The river path R06 and Ro5 That goes from General Yeremenko to Red square. It has a one way arrow pointing to red square. My partner was able to backwards attack from R05 to Gen Yeremenko and took it.

Game 7223606

No that is correct, One-way arrow only applies to R06 -> Red Square....other dotted lines do not have one-way arrows between territories and therefore are two-way attacks.

Thanks Shatners Bassoon for that pickup.
I've altered the images so those borders should be clearer now.
The top legend says that the HQs can assault their respective airfields - yes.
The fences around GHQ Hartmann show where the normal borders are. Sorry that this wasn't clearer.

imo those snipers shud be 2 or 3 stacks since those are quite a killer positions with both bombardments and boarders. combined to fact that other bombers can't bomb snipers makes it too strong to have only 1 neutral. wrote and will write my notes public in http://www.conquerclub.com/game.php?gam ... 3#map-cell (i mean if i get anymore worth to note) if sumone feels the need and has the passion to read my overly long texts ^^

Im not sure if it is just me, or if it is everyone, but Pavalos house Inf seems pretty hard to read on the smaller map, If i didn't have BOB, i wouldn't have known what region that was. I notice that all your river routes are the same color, it might make it easier to read if you changed Pavalos house Inf to the same color as the river's text.

If this has already brought up I am sorry for bringing it back up.

Did you really intend aviation to be so powerful? I've had at least 3 games where I had a substantial advantage in ground territories. only for the opponent to load his 6 or 7 reinforcements on planes (which only had 2 or 3 to start with )and wipe out close to 15 of my ground units, thus totally reversing the game. If it's a question of having given favorable odds for airplane attacks, i'd tone it down, otherwise everyone will have no choice but to kill aviation asap at all costs at the expense of ground movements. Otherwise, the map if fun and has lots of tactical choices - but again, these can be easily negated by airplanes with favorable odds than can basically reach most targets on the map and easily destroy them.
