Comments:so lets start from the beginning. while i was offline gilly1987 messaged me 2 times and wrote on my wall to take my turn in one of our games. being offline i obviously couldnt take my turn and when i saw the messages i noticed he was a new guy so i let it slide. i then took my turn and signed out. again while i was offline he sent me 3 more messages telling me to take my turn. when i saw that i messaged him back explaining that i cant stay on my computer 24/7 waiting to take my turns. he then got mad and said i shouldnt of started a game if i cant stick around to finish the whole thing. i then pointed out to him how stupid that sounds and told him if he pm's me regarding taking my turns again ill report him(i also foe'd him after this). then he writes back and says that i suck. and since it didnt regard taking my turns i gave him one more chance and said i would report him if he messaged me anymore. he then replied back saying i still suck. then i told him that i dont want to have to report him and asked him yet again to stop messaging me. and of coarse right after that he pm's me again saying i suck. below is a copy of our dialogue.

so dont start a game then, its not as if its the longest game in the world to play and starting a game and then taking 24 hours to take every one of your turns because your "offline" does make your seem like you're probably a gold plated twat

are you serious? i cant stay at my computer 24/7. you must be living with your parents, have no job, and dont go to school, and have absolutely no social life to actually expect people to take their turns within 2 minutes. if you message me again or write on my wall regarding taking my turns im reporting you.

click on the small triangles on the messages (top right) this will forward them to the mods. also in the settings you can block messages from foes so they dont get to you

someone messaging you a handful of times informing you to take your turn is not abuse. This is an adult gaming site. When we moderate game chat or PM abuse it needs to be gross abuse, as stated in the community guidelines.

i wasnt complaining about him messaging me to take my turn i just wrote that so you could see how it got started. the pm abuse came from his 3 messages telling me i suck after i continually asked him to stop. i will change my settings so he cant pm me anymore but isnt their some type of punishment for constantly insulting somebody over pm even when youre asked to stop?

send a eticket or pm ks it might be a very mild case of spamming your inbox but only 3 messages might not be enough.

no a handful of PM's saying"you suck" does not fall in the category of PM abuse. Tis why I said read the community guidelines.

This is an adult gaming site your going to run into the occasional bad apple best bet is to Foe them early on so you dont have to deal with them. You now have been informed of all the tools you will need to keep this player from bugging you in the future, its up to you to use them.

well you were also baiting him to...Whilst pming someone to take their turn is annoying it happens. As KS said above there are ways to block it. he isnt really getting abusive towards you at all. Severe is waking up to 50 pms from the same guy sayign take your turn. (generic number sure) but you get the picture. Insults in pm form is when someone is flaming you and ripping you to shreads. (teraing you a new one pretty much)

Is this excessive spamming, flaming or trolling?
You have had what a max of 6 messages come to you from this guy with the majority of them being for you to take your turn.. Maybe cause he is a freemium player and wants to free up a slot or 2. You have the inherit right to take your 24 hours you can choose to ignore these messages or Block him from messaging you. Its your responsibility.
Then you have had a few messages like the one you have quoted above. Yes this is unfortunate that this player would resort to such petty things like this, and yes he is saying it to try to get a response out of you. But this is not excessive. He is Cleared of abuse. If he continued down this road or filled your inbox with say another 15 or 20 messages prior to you filtering him then it would be a different story.

If you have Foed him and filtered your inbox to not receive messages from him then you have already done all you can do. Next you can rate him accordingly at the end of your game together. As I said and as the guidelines say you will come across poor sports and people like this from time to time, it is unfortunate but the best thing to do is either ignore them or use the tools at your disposal to ignore them.

For future reference if you get a post/PM that you think is outlandish or is a violation of the rules you can report it via the exclamation point in the corner, its the report a post/PM function.

eddie I know your going to whine about me calling you out yet again but once again I have no clue as to what you are talking about.
If you cant provide help to the originator of the post of the innerworkings of how things are done here, evidence to help the staff, or a logical opinion on your perspective then maybe you shouldnt post something here in C&A.
Gilly1987 has been involved in 4 games to include the one with the OP Game 7198805.. There has been no game chat by Gilly1987 in any of them to date, and there is no game chat in that game. If your referring to the possible collusion of the other 2 players in that game with bigpapadave91 then go back and look at the strength and troops and you will see a reason why the other 2 are attacking him more often then not.
