The accused are suspected of:

Being Multis
Conducting Secret Diplomacy

Other:
1) They joined CC 2 minutes apart, both from the UK
2) They last visited 3 minutes apart from each other
3) All of their games have both of them
4) While they frequently attack each other, they don't seem to watch out for those attacks.

While the first three reasons you mentions can lead you to suspect being multi's, I don't quite understand what you are saying in number 4.

And the comment I noticed them playing wierd/stupid in , there is no rule against it.

Could you please expand on your accusations?

BTW, reason number 2 `happened again since I posted this.

In number four I meant: it seems like they don't protect their territories specifically from one another, but they do defend their territories against other players. But that claim is not as strong in my eyes as the first 3, bec. they might just have a weird strategy which seems suspicious.

I noticed them playing wierd/stupid in What I meant was either they were playing suspiciously, or they were playing dumb. But I thought it was more suspicious than dumb, and that's why I decided to check out their profiles.

btw, check out the chat section of Game 7139327 where Lukewithey911 says he doesn't know joyridenburg. It's entirely possible that these are just coincidences, but to me it sounds even less likely, now that Lukewithey911 "doesn't" know joyridenburg. I figured they knew each other and that's why they were playing in the same game, bec. they wanted to compete against each other. I'm sorry if this isn't so clear, I tried to keep it simple, but I've had a long (and good) day; I'm a bit tired, if you have any other questions, I'll try to answer them tomorrow.

Hey guys,

I am concerned about this as I dont wanna get a ban. I don't know Joyridenburg and my comments following moldyearwax's queries are meant as a joke ('do you need any help with this game joyridenburg') i found the accusation funny and thought I'd troll.
As for my gameplay I am a very conservative player and try to avoid taking risks. I also like to move slowly in taking continents and in attacks. Thus far I haven't seen fit to attack Joyridenburg yet as I have felt it to be unnecessary and I have been focusing on other players for purely strategical reasons.

I myself am fairly shocked that we are in all of our matches together but I assumed that there wasn't a large community and thought it must be fairly standard.

IT IS also very strange that we both seem to have been logged on at very similar times. All I can say is that I am not collaborating with Joyridenburg and I hope to continue these games and have many more!

Sorry about the essay, but needed to clear this up.

When players join the site a lot of times people from the same area join at around the same time. Then new players join games, they probably get the same games on the join a game page so they join four games together.

I don't see any secret diplomacy here. joyridenburg and Lukewithey911CLEARED of being multi's and of secret diplomacy.

we check all of the OP's (Original Posters) and if they are found guilty then we say so in the thread that they posted. Us not saying anything means you can assume that the player was Cleared at this time.

moldyearwax is Cleared of rule number 1.
