OK. Here we go~

Here are the findings of my intensive investigation and my unbiased decision.

Even though DS has 3928 completed games he has only won 1241 (32%) and is currently a corporal and therefore has NOT technically met the conditions to be considered a non-noob player.

gcwca_4_life is CLEARED of NOOB abuse.

HOWEVER he is GUILTY of being relatively sober when this posting this and therefore ordered to have another six.

Carry on our wayward son.

gcwca_4_life, you should know better than this. You posted at a game that you are not in. Then you posted at his wall. Then you make a report about it. I am not sure which is it, flaming him or making fun of him? Next time, let's stick to playing games and not play in the C&A forum.

every user will/has been dealt with according to the community guidelines. Being a new user is not an excuse for violating a rule. Especially when at the top of the forum their is a banner that states:
