Comments: These guys thought they were pretty clever using a mixture of Dutch and Swedish slang/shorthand to coordinate attacks on "unsuspecting" players. Using an online translator you can make some of it, but the translator doesn't translate abbreviated words. However, it is clear in one line of text:

Hey mad-seta, hvis du angriber fra mozam til sydafrika, angriber jeg fra marokko til mauri.

that medane wants mad-seta to attack my armies in South Africa from Mozambique in exchange for medane attacking my armies in Mauritania from Morrocco. These two are systematically taking the board as if it were a doubles game. Now I don't mind an alliance, but these two are using doubles strategy against a bunch of guys who don't speak their language. However, it has been shown that at least one of them can type in English, so why no announcement of the alliance in English?

Then you tell them to quit forming secret alliances, but mistake their language for a mix of dutch/swedish (which is an honest mistake for english speaking people, these european languages have many similarities along with german and norwegian)

So I was wrong about the actual language But since nobody but those two can read Danish, doesn't it constitute a secret alliance?
