Suggestion: Notepad during game

I think there should be somewhere you can write and save notes in the gamplay window. Somewhere you can write down strategies you might have so you can remember them next turn.

There is this great invention if you use a PC called 'Notepad'

It's AMAZING!

You can type, and even SAVE stuff!

Such a good suggestion! I would never have thought of that
If you want to be sarcastic go and do it somewhere else.

An in game window would be more convenient

I remember lack talking about making regular standard play have the option in game chat to 'post messages for self'... (I.E. team chat without the team).

Notepad for every member

Postby willedtowin1 on Tue Sep 16, 2014 10:49 am

Notepad for every member... could be titled "My Notes"

make a tab available to be able to take notes. Make it multi page with headers.
There is no where to place for private notes that I am aware of.

This would be especially useful for clan leaders. would help them organize clan events ect. Could also be used in many other ways such as making maps strategy for future referencing.

Extremely useful for clan organizers, note takers, and could also be used to cheating and abuse referencing(people are stupid and could write useful info if they are cheating)

Cool internet trick- copy the following thing and paste it into your browser URL bar, click on the white space and type. It's a bit like a notepad document but within your browser.

data:text/html, <title>Text Editor</title><body contenteditable style="font-size:2rem;font-family:Helvetica;line-height:1.4;max-width:60rem;margin:0 auto;padding:4rem;">

lmao..........
I am asking if it is possible to have a note pad in our personal menu.
Not looking for suggestions on what to do. Its obv I can use a paper notepad.
But it would be beneficial to have a notepad available here at CC.
Simple as that............. its a suggestion

Anyway, OP. Use WORDPAD and save stuff in a New Folder. Categorize as you please. This new feature of all operating systems also comes with a search feature. When in doubt, WIN+F .

Its more useful to have a place to take notes here at the site.
Its obvious even to the most common man there are other ways to take notes.
Thanks for the ideas but it would be more convenient to have one on site.

Another idea would be to allow us to click on a players name to take
notes on each player...... another very useful tool imo.

It's more useful to have better suggestions implemented.

I dunno, I kinda like it.

Expanding it to every player is a little much, but maybe an area in game chat or a separate panel for notes wouldn't be too messy.
