except for goemark which, as mentioned before, looks fine, increase the bonuses for the medium-sized zones by +1 (to +7 for gorodische and to +5 for russian 64th), the larger zones by +2 (to +9 for panzer and +7 for russian 62nd) and the all city bonus to +17 (which will be exactly twice the second-largest bonus when u include city a & b, though i see very few circumstances in which someone can actually make use of this bonus - trying to gain and hold all city could well prove to be suicidal, as it was for the germans).

i thought that the artillery would be crucial at the start of fog games but, given that the planes, which are reasonably numerous, can also see quite a lot (including the artillery), i'm happy to trust ur judgement here.
