Cheating, Secret Diplomacy. AgentofChaos2008, jbee[Noted] KS

Comments:

I created Speed Game 6713379. AgentofChaos2008 and jbee joined at the same time. It was not until the end of round 2 that they started attacking each other, by that time i had lost 6 territory's to them. I would not be upset about this if it were not for the way they were placing and seem to have the same strategy. It seemed to me they were ganging up on me. I believe that the Game Log will support me on this. They are currently in 4 games together. they have known each other as far back as Apr 20 of 2009 as there was a wall posting on jbee wall by AgentofChaos2008. Jebee joined CC on Fri Mar 06, 2009 6:32 pm, AgentofChaos2008 on Sun Mar 01, 2009 6:52 pm. In game # 6091085, SF SGM talked about Secret Diplomacy done by AgentofChaos2008. 2009-12-21 16:47:26 - SF SGM: blue and green have had a truce since the beginning... have they ever attacked each other? I noted the same thing in my game was the same as the following...

2009-12-21 16:47:41 - SF SGM: I was the strongest until I hit both blue and green
2009-12-21 16:49:44 - SF SGM: and I have never asked for help, just wondering when blue and green would square off

2009-12-22 09:43:10 - SF SGM: another 2 rounds without green and blue attacking each other?

jbee and AgentofChaos2008 did not attack each other for some time. Another thing i have noted is that he makes Truces with certen players.

I will for the most part say that he plays well and conducts very good strategy... but I am still crying Secret Diplomacy.

I will say that for this most recent game there is not secret diplomacy taking place. If you can go back to the game log you will see that I placed my troops where I believed to have the most influence in the area and the area that will be fairly easy to take while providing a sizable bonus. I do play with Jbee on games and we do know each other but we do not conduct secret diplomacy. In one game that I am currently in for example Jbee and myself both started to go for south america in a classic map. Noticing that I would be over run I left for another area. If we had secret alliances why would we have placed both of our troops on the same area and him attack me? That is the way I play as I have said before in many games. I do not provoke attacks. If I notice I am going to be overrun in a certain area I will leave it. That does not mean I have secret truces going on. As of truces with certain players I am a bit confused about that. As for the game in NYC that is being referenced, look at the chat. Yellow was the party leader and as I have said I do not generally make big offensive attacks unless it is of great value to me or I have been provoked, so there was no reason to attack blue. Now back to this current game. I placed my troops in an area that I had the most armies in. Jbee just happened to not have any armies there. So while trying to take the entire country it would naturally seem like I am only attacking him. As I have also said I then moved on to the next area closest to mine and attacked everyone there. Lord Apophis was in the far upper right corner of the map while my stronghold was in the bottom. In the end of the second round he made a comment about us attacking him. Note the second round. Nobody was organized at this point and all attacks were to gain starting countries. If the game would have progressed normally than myself and Jbee would have attacked each other. But Lord Apophis fully invaded my territories. At that point is when I offered a truce to blue and even if blue would have attacked me I was only going to go after red because he is the one that made a full invasion. I play with grudges. If someone attacks me in a way that I feel offended I hold a grudge for that game. I am in a current game where I had a bonus take early and now I just prevent him from getting a bonus. It's my style of playing. It does not mean that I use secret diplomacy and I feel that if the reviewers of this case match the game log up with the game chat and my style of playing they will see that no cheating was taking place.

AgentofChaos2008's post on kellyxc92's wall has been a year ago and a few days after he registered. Being that it has been that long, if we can have more recent one then we can look into this further. If none, I presume he has learned the rules since then.

As for the secret diplomacy in Game 6713379:
We would need more than this to warrant a block between them. For now, this report is Noted on both jbee and AgentofChaos2008's records.
