I am playing a 3 player game, against the accused. Each player is leaving a border of 1, holding continenets, chosing not to attack eachother. They are playing right after eachother. They have played 3 other games, 3 player games in which user Allanhlau has won each. Their game play doesn't make sense.

Yeah, Allanhlau has played 2-player games with Kelvin_Lee, in which Allanhlau has won, with Kelvin_Lee not once attacking Allanhlau.
