The accused are suspected of:Severe abuse for the intended purpose of detracting from my enjoyment of this site. This abuse is also affecting the enjoyment of many others.

This player and I have had a rough history starting when he broke a truce. I understand that truces are not monitored or enforced and that makes sense to me, however there are things that can develop as a result of the feud that I think the site should police.

Unlike most people in this situation, he does not want this to end! His entries are intended to continue the feud with constant provocation. He appears to actually gain enjoyment from the misery of others. Here is an example of his baiting efforts that involves another player in a juvenile attempt to get a rise out of me, "duff, i apologize as well for the actions of some of the players here." How would you react if someone else apologized for your behaviour. And an apology was nothing close to his intent or he would have apologized for his own behaviour while he was at it. Here is another, "god, just saw you are from canada" and "sounds more like a frenchman than a north american". Most of what he writes is intended to infuriate and I admit I have taken the bait several times.

I have tried to sever all ties with him and to discontinue all communication. Easier said than done! At the time he was playing in another game with me so I intended to add him to foes upon completion. However he has now taken it to another level and he doesn't care who else he affects in his effort to keep this battle going! This guy actually has actually joined a team game with me and put himself on my team. It's a triples game, so four others are affected by this antagonizing move of his. When I attempt to make my first play I see a comment from him, "hehe", which makes his intentions clear; he is here to ruin another game.

In the other two games several other players were affected. It got nasty. I admit that I reacted quite aggressively to his broken truce in my effort to ensure he faced consequences. I even started a new topic here so others could add this guy to their foes. The reply is closed.

It's sad that others have to be affected by this mess, but I fully admit my selfish concern is for what I have to go through to play a team game with him on my team. I've decided that I can't and won't make any plays in this game. Now, 4 other players have a full game ruined. You need to communicate with your team to play as a team and that won't be happening. One player on my team is actually going to lose points and rank because of this and he's just an innocent bystander. When a feud affects others that way I believe it's time to take action.

So I'm asking, can you: 1 -Stop the game. 2 - Arrange a refund so I can walk away from this nightmare, or 3 - put this guy on permanent vacation.

Then the guy joins your other games and now you are stuck with him again.

As far as I know (correct me if i'm wrong mods) you are up shit creek, since they can't stop a game or refund your cash or send him on a vacation since he hasn't earned that level of punishment yet.

I'd just foe him RIGHT NOW, and write those games off. Thats all you can do. Sorry...

Hopefully he gets dinged, but it will probably just be a warning...

So I"m not sure why you claim victory unless it's desperation. All in all, you guys paid a big price for his low life move. Yet you seem happy, I can't imagine what would happpen if you actually won.

The lengthy discussion in two of our games plus all the other stuff that's been documented probably has me noting that it wasn't a rule violation 15 or 20 times. Had you indicated to me that he didn't break any rules I would have quickly agreed.

Just how is it that you can see something like that and then remember a conversation that didn't happen where you "told ya"?

I understand the thread is for cheating AND abuse. I felt that intentionally creating a truce that you intend to break from the very start is abusive. I also felt that this abusive game playing should be made known to anyone on the site so people could update their foe list if they so choose. If I landed in the wrong place with my information I'm sure someone from the site will advise me.

One thing I find amusing is that this is the second topic I've opened on this guy regarding an escalating incident. Both times when he received word of the topic this guy THORNHEART immediately replies quite emotionally attached to buddhabelly's position; yet I've never had prior contact with this young fellow THORNHEART. My question to the mods is this: Are buddhabelly and THORNHEART the same person? If not then buddhabelly why are you getting this young fellow to do your bidding. The first time he replied he was immediately formally warned and banned from the forum for 24 hours. This kid's language is disgusting. You can imagine the pm's I got from him. I won't copy them here because they aren't fit and it isn't the right thing to do anyway; but I will say that his four letter words (and many of them) went a little beyond "scum bag" in the offensive department.

So yes, when I received one of many pm's from THORNHEART after the original complaint was closed, he claimed victory because CC doesn't police truces. I did indeed reply setting him straight. Yes there is some attitude in my pm, but as I mentioned above there is quite a bit of nasty history also with THORNHEART. When I respond to these pm's I as well have an attachment and can get carried away too. Given what's been sent to me, I'm shocked that he would start a practice of copying entire pm's to the forum. Teenagers have no fear.

I knew this guy was a teen when I read some of his pm's. When I saw the caps for his screen name that pretty well confirmed it. I think it's disgusting that buddhabelly put this young fellow in the middle of this. Young man this isn't your battle and it shouldn't be life or death for you, it isn't for me and I'm the victim here. I've spoken nothing but the truth and his character isn't defamed if the statements made about him are true, so you can tell buddhabelly to take his big word back and give you another one.

This young guy told me in a pm that he didn't give a hoot (my word, his word is better left unsaid) about CC or their rules, etc. etc.etc. He said that he intentionally tried to get banned and that he wanted to see how far he could go and that he was surprized at how far he could go before he received a light sanction. I kind of agree with him, I am surprized too. CC you are very tolerant when a guy trying to get sanctioned has to work hard at it.

THORNHEART the guy whos response you are trashing, Snowgun is a long time member who provides a lot of help to the site and forums. Perhaps you can be more respectful when giving your opinions. Your first word, "NO" was disrespectful and it didn't get better. Surely you can have a different opinion than another person without getting yourself all worked up.

I won't respond to any more comments from you or any more pm's. You are way too emotional, disgusting, disrespectful and given the nature of why you are involved in the first place, I would say deceiptful. I can see how you and buddhabelly became friends. To me, the issue or real problem for CC is not that I'm stuck with him, but that 4 innocent paying customers have had their game intentionally ruined. I often get in verbal spars (working on that issue) but I would never have the courage to start a game knowing I'm going to ruin it for all involved, just for the reckless purpose of being hostile to one person. If it were a regular game I could see someone telling me to work it out, or suffer through it, but this is a team game with him on my team. I could care less about the game, points or rank, it's the collateral damage that bothers me and the fact that these guys are so confident they can't be touched by anyone, including CC. Surely this is a line crossed that should warrant something more severe than a written warning that is so insignificant to them that his sidekick was trying to get one.

In that event, every single person who reads this now knows exactly what to do to really hostile to someone on this site should they have reason to and there are hundreds of feuds every day. If it is just a written warning, I'll have to take consolation that I have started them on the warning track and perhaps their next victim will have an easier time getting action.

Anyway Snowgun thanks for taking the time to offer what you could and thanks for the rest you do here. I suspect thank-you's are rare in this business.

and as thornheart mentioned, i have no idea who he (or she) is, and if we have played 10 games as you earlier put out, i have probably played ten games against a large percentage of players. that happens when you have played 6,000 games. it looks to me that Thornheart enjoys these forums and letting his opinions flow. hence the one forum thread about him deserving his own reality show. and thornheart, sorrry, but did not read it.

as you mentioned, you have a habit of getting upset when people do not follow your "advice" and get into many escalating arguments. you need to learn that conquer club games rarely gothe way that you intend for them to. set back, and enjoy the game for the fact of the game. it is just a game.

It appears you are alone in your support for his intentional stalking and joining an additional game for the purpose of ruining it for everyone despite the fact his only target was me. This must be the 20th different topic you've created in your attempt to distract from the issue. On a single occasioOne time, (not "each time") I did run out of time. That is dishonest buddhabelly and an attempt to deceive the CC Community. As well, perhaps you could let other players speak for themselves since your judgement and credibility is less than respectable. Suggesting you are in the majority and have support for your reckless statements is also an attempt to deceive the CC Community.

As far as the 24 hour thing is concerned, I was attracted to this site because of that feature. It suits my schedule very well. I had no idea that it was offensive. I'd love to hear from someone credible if there is any hint of poor conduct or protocol in that regard. Then I would admit I was wrong and stop the practice of just making sure I play within 24 hours. This direction you've taken appears like nothing more than an attempt to distract from the real issue and yet again deceive the entire CC Community.

Is it just me that gets the irony of someone saying it's just a game when he completes a very specific action required in a requested truce, when that action had no benefit for him. The intent was purely for the purpose of attacking later and claiming there is no truce because you didn't verbally indicate acceptance to compliment your actions?

I'm sorry that you feel taken advantage of and disgruntle because a truce was made and broken by this guy. In the thread you accused him in you were advised by me it Foe him.

Which evidence has came to surface that you knew he was not in violation of the rules and you were just submitting it in C&A to get his name run through the mud. This will earn you a Warning for creating a spurious report or C&A form Abuse. C&A is not a place to take or vent frustrations about a situation in a game or about a player, if you wish to generally talk about another player of their play then you can take it to the appropriate forum. This forum is here to address cheaters or rule violators of the site.

Once again, maybe this time you will listen, I suggest you Foe budda and move on.

He has every right to join a game, and seeing as you didn't Foe him he had the ability. As long as doesn't intentionally throw the game to the other team then he has not violated a rule.

Is he being a pain in your side, yeah he is.
Is he making the site less enjoyable for you, yeah he is.

However this is your doing as you were given the solution to this problem and you chose to ignore it.

Game 6458750 You better start taking your turns in it.. Missing 3 turns and deadbeating when you are around to take your turns is a rule violation. And you have missed 2 and have been around as far as I can see from other forum posts and game chats. Play the game out, with budda foe'd and move on and enjoy this site after this incident.

Unless budda throws the game, and if your going to create another report about him it better have substantial evidence then he is now and will be Cleared from wrong doing in this matter.
