Comments: In the game that I am playing (Game 6500094), every single turn they take have been taken within the 1 minute of each other. And personally, when I see them, 1 is online, but never both at the same time so I don't think they are partners. They also both seem to have a preference of Madagascar (both of them seem to play it quite a lot), so that could be an indication as well. I might be wrong, and sorry if I am, but I have a feeling about this one.
Just thought that I would add Secret Diplomacy if they are not multis, for they have decided to attack me and kill me. Before you say that they were doing this because I was weak, the borders in which they share possess 1 troop each, as if they have the confidence to know they will not be attacked with each other.
