Im not really seeing it at all, that is from first glance at the Game log. What things made you suspicious of the two of them, and also fill the form out correctly .

looks like he is just moaning, happens alot in 3 way games, he accuses them of teaming up on him, but in the game log, i can see red attacked green for the first 3 turns, there is no cheating in this game, just someone who feels he has to be the strongest and crys when he isnt.
