Ive had the unfortunate experience of playing with him too. Yes there are ratings... but Ive played with some unpleasant 4.0-4.5's too who have just been lucky to get a lot of people who dont take the time to rate.

As per The_Dayman it appears you 2 entered into a not so healthy conversation in game chat and ruffled each others feathers. Often game chat can be your worst enemy, in this case you 2's quarrel didn't end in game chat cause The_Dayman decided to target you because of the words passed in there.

Obviously it wasnt a smart decision, but no where in there does he say he is throwing the game, he made the comment of giving his cards away cause he was done, he made a irrational and very poor tactical decision that was stemmed from the heated conversation he had with you. He is not guilty of throwing this game.
