Let me first apologize and explain myself. Sorry for my poor sportsmanship Karel. I am not without faults of my own and sportsmanship is something I have been working on. I was upset as I was having a bad week at work, and CC, and that game had pushed me over the top. I have since been working on my gamesmanship and even withdrew that rating almost as soon as I had left it. I am not an unreasonable person, but pooh's actions are.

I am a competitive person and let my emotions get away from me. I would hope that one stupid mistake would not shape your whole opinion of me and hopefully we can let it lie in the past. It was out of character and I am truly sorry. That is not who I am nor who I want to be. Hopefully you can look past this and give me another chance not that I deserve one. But, that still doesn't change who pooh is or excuse his actions.

Please take action against pooh as he has now taken to making rude posts in game chats that he's not even a part of. My teammates are asking questions as to who he is and what's his problem. His attitude is starting to effect others not even involved with the issue and there is no reason they be should be subject to his abuse.

This has gone completely sideways from the original complaint on Poohcrumbs for abuse in chat. I requested a screenshot be sent about this and never got one. Therefor as far as that accusation he is Cleared. In the future if you feel a player is stepping over the lines of the chat guidelines ask one of the chat moderators (guys in purple) to address it.

Foe button will allow you to ignore all game chat, getting in games with him, wall posts and will hide their posts in the forum. I suggest if you have a problem with him then use this immediately. If you were in a game with him and he harassed you and left a bad taste in your mouth then rate him accordingly. While he is unpleasant in this game he is an active member in the game and his dialog in it does not violate CC policy, once again Cleared of abuse, Foe & Rate Accordingly.

Poohcrumbs is trolling in a game he is not in with the sole intent to cause discontent and harass another user. He will receive the next punishment as per the community guidelines for this offense.

yes it is, any talk about a game between active participants outside of the game chat area is a form of secret diplomacy (team games excluded if its your parnter). If you feel you have been abused by this by other players please open up a new claim about it.

I would like to further my complaint of poohcrumbs. There is no end to his antics and having to deal with is starting to suck all the fun out of CC. In game Game 6378390, instead of killing me he drug the game out round after round and him and his teammate decided to play games taking shots at eachother. I believe this a form of holding players hostage and is not allowed

(This is straight from the rules page: "Obviously any gross abuse of the game is forbidden. This includes but is not limited to: throwing games or deliberately benefiting from thrown games, intentional deadbeating, holding players hostage, serial teammate killing, hijacking accounts, systematically "farming" new recruits.").

He was found Guilty and Warned for posting in games he was not in. This case is Closed.
