CC does not reinstate points or cancel games, even when they screw up, except in very rare cases. This isn't one of em.

These guys are cheating, breaking rule #2.

Why does CC have rules if they are not reinforced.

I should not lose points for losing a game when the other players broke the rules.

You are only talking a few points and this may be hard for CC to find as a cheat unless they are multi.

I have looked at the few games these guys have in common and there are some questionable moves but not enough to make me think it is due to a diplomacy and not just poor strategy. So it will be Noted for Secret Diplomacy and this is pending a multi check..
