I wasnt near large enough to pose a threat... he even admitted to attacking me for the accusation, except they were working together long before i ever made this accusation.

That win rate, and similarly cookies loss rate, is well above and both below what any reasonable player would expect with fair play in the games. With cookies clearly throwing a couple...its safe to say he played them all favoring a win for hax. I cant really see hax knowing this for sure, so he is not accused of anything...though I know he is good enough to know that such things do not happen by accident.

mr cookies just completely threw a game to hacx5nine... its not the first time hes been suspected of it

In their games cookies has won one game out of 13... hax however has won 7 out of 13... on our game, they worked together from the very beginning there, and at the right time, cookies handed it over to red. but that one game means nothing

Its the fact that even on arms race...hax's record is around 30%, but when cookies is there, it jumps to 60% Certainly a possible coincidence, but since cookies just had no problem throwing another game, has been accused of it before...and has won only one of the games played with hax...I think its pretty clear his goal is to give the game to hax, and not win. Even if its not the intent upon joining, it certainly seems their friendship corrupts game play in the end. Its even possible hax didnt even see it happening...though I for one think he is good enough to know when something is amiss.

Now, I doubt they talk about this....or that there is any secret diplomacy per-se...but I think its obvious that cookies simply throws the game to hax, more often than trying to win. Personally, I think hax is good enough to know this also. I certainly would know when someone was making it easier for me to win.

I actually beleive hax hasnt necessarily done anything wrong...I dont think for the small amount of points he would bother, but since its pretty clear that with cookies in the game, it cant expected to be fair, with him so ready to sacrifice himself for hax...that they should be blocked...or at least warned.

This is only suspicion based on the number of games they've played.. and watching cookies have no problem throwing one even while being accused of the same thing. If it turns out that hax just got lucky more with him there, so be it...but certainly its worthy of suspicion..and certainly others have the right to know that joining a game with those two has a very good chance of him losing and hax winning.

arm's race with 4-5 players always looks like that, i know i play them all the time and sometimes you may think that a certain player might be throwing the game when in fact he's only trying to win. Ask pizzame, he's probably having a 90% win when i'm playing his 3-players game, and i hate losing but sometimes dice, luck ,etc ......

Given the strength of each at the time.... it was either stalemate..... (since i doubt u two would have gone after one another knowing how strong cookies and I were) or we continue along and try and kill you first and duke it out. We did the latter.... and the turn after we attacked you two...unexpectedly to me he launched everything he had at me. I happen to have a nice reserve sitting on my last tert. Forgive me for that. I almost wish I hadnt... cuz then he would have wiped me out and you wouldnt even have the little toe left you are standing on.

Now the ONE other game you are referring to..... I really cannot say anything. I didn't see it obviously... but given Sideout's remarks.... he pretty much assured a win for me. You have every right to be defensive about being called a cheater. However, you are also good enough to understand the reason for the suspicion in this case, and calling it unfounded is actually more of an unfounded accusation than what Ive posted. I fully accept that its possible that this is all coincidental. There is never any way to know for sure, but I know the game well enough to know that no one should expect a perfectly fair outcome by joining a game with you two in it...because its clear mr cookies will as he has throw games for you. You both did jump right into that last game though, working together quite well together, and you once again reaping the win and points from it.

I do however believe you wouldnt do anything unwarranted after everything Ive read however, but after watching cookies throw games and make moves resulting in your win repeatedly...I feel there's plenty enough to warn others of this.

Youre the one getting personal and name calling however. I simply posted that I suspect someone is throwing games, because I watched him throw games, and because your win rate doubles when he is in your game....and his tanks. If thats a crybaby to be suspicious of such things....well so be it.

But as I mentioned...ive lost over 4000 games in CC. Im very used to that. Its the cheating that makes the game not fun though. So I dont mind making an extra effort to help curb it when I suspect it...which has been in about...say....um..... 30 times out of 4000.

Honestly, Im surprised you didnt see this happening and stop it in its tracks. I certainly do know you are good enough to see such things in a game...as no doubt, everyone will attest to.

As you know, these games balance on a very tiny point of power...it doesnt take much to swing it, and the fact that he openly threw two of them, makes it easy to suspect he helped in the others as well, especially given the statistics. I agree, no proof as far as proving things...but certainly enough to warrant suspicion... if nothing else, on his part.

I did indeed call you a cheater in there, but that was before looking into all of the games...and again...it was while you were working with your buddy to win the game...which of course happened. I am trying desperatly to get my officers ranking so i can leave the noobs that constantly suicide on me and play with dumbass tatics that lose me games behind. This is partly the reason why I have played so many arms race games with Hax.... after my 1st couple, which i thoroughly enjoyed.... if i see him and a few others in this map i join it. I have not played many on that map and am still learning the more intricate details of the tatics there, although I must say i think i am improving with every visit I make there.

As for you AA .... your accusations are ridiculous, for u to withdraw your original accusation against us both cheating and turn it into a personal attack to myself for throwing games for HAX ... this is where your facts are way off ..... i did not spend "everything i had" on you .... as i told u before i had a 30 stack on the floor and 20 on top of the missile. i got lucky against u ... because u pissed me off. i truly believed that my 30 on the floor was enough to defeat hax and leave the game in my grasp.... it seems hax shows yet again that he is in fact better at this map than i am. actually, had you not attacked me...perhaps the weakest in the game...and instead let blue and i fight it out...you did have a chance at winning...but instead, you knocked me down to nothing...and red took you easily after that....id say calling that suicide is justified

I personnaly think that if you make an accusation and are wrong, you get docked 1000 pts, that would clean the forums up a bit. I dont think hax or Mr Cookies need any favours on here, sometimes shit happens and you have to accept that, I have both done it myself when you think you see the finish line and failed and have had it done to me. Time to stop trading insults and let the mods do their stuff

Using my accusation of you throwing games to hax...is not the best defense for you not throwing games. It actually shows you are more than willing to do so under the right circumstances, and were accused of it before...and given your record of leaving him alone in those games....shows that you were due for this warning, to just stop throwing the games and favoring him...and instead play a fair game

In any case, this thread is an effort to protect other players from joining those games, expecting to have a fair shot at winning, in which, they clearly do not.

I mean, your argument is that because i suspected you two of working together in the game, that you attacked me for it...and said you would do as much again...so anytime someone feels that you are throwing games, you will attack them? and give hax more games? thats your argument? That you are allowed to throw a game for a friend as long as someone suspects you of doing just that? Ok. Many will disagree though.

Thats a great idea. Much better to punish those who want to insure a fair game, than those that actually break the rules. You should make that an actual suggestion, though someone might suggest you lose 1000 points for a ridiculous suggestion.

It wouldnt clean up the forum though, because there would be so many so sick of the rampant cheating that it would be ridiculous...the only thing that keeps the site free of cheating, are threads such as these...which gives examples, is researched, and is at the very least highly possible, and many will agree probable that something suspicious was going on.

I agree that neither nor anyone needs favors....that however does not mean that they are not given regardless. cookies even fully admits that he was going to assassinate me just for the very suggestion that he was doing so in the first place. But, by all means stand up for your right to allow such behavior. Ill gladly put myself on the line for the many players that are actually just looking for a fair game though..

The only reason anyone has a problem at all with this accusation has nothing to do with the fact that its baseless, or lacks evidence...but only because they came to it assuming theres no way cheating was possible in the first place. Unfortunately though, that assumption, does not make it correct.

Also, where are your supposed trading of insults? Im only posting what I saw in the games...and to be honest, I cant complain about what anyone has said about me here....tame to say the least, all things considered.

Its actually your post that is clogging the forum, because the only piece of info you suggest, is that they must be incapable of cheating because they need no favors... Everything else is actually off topic completely.

There is no question that mistakes happen in games....the problem is in this case, is that its always mr cookies making the mistakes, and far more often than not, hax winning because of it. Thats what makes it unfair...and again, my game was not the first accusation.... Im just hoping it can be the last.
