I'm rather hesitant about this accusation, having never made one before, and suspect this is a matter to note rather than one for a more serious response.
Edgron approached me outside the game by posting to my Wall, offering an alliance. This is a direct breach of Rule 2, which I raised in game chat and his response there is noted. The content of the messages is in the game chat and I'm still in possession of the emails from Conquer Club informing me I had wall posts from Edgron.
Primarily I find the statement that a Conquer Club member can have reached the position of being a paid member of rank, with 300 games under their belt, without having read and knowing the two(!) rules of the site a bit of a stretch.
Nothing has come of it in game and no aspect of play has been altered by the messages.
