The accused is suspected of:
Other: intentional deadbeating/throwing game, missing deliberately turns, not commenting when asked

Game number(s):

Comments: He was playing simultaneous speed games and would miss every other turn, spoiling the game. He did not comment anything when asked if he had connectivity issues, while at the same time he was active and commenting in another game..

If you are going to throw this in C&A, you better have more evidence than one friggin game.

Let me give you an example:

DomQuebec

He does this 1 in every 6 games he looses! And he hasn't been even touched by this. (Yet, hopefully).

Usually about now someone will pop up and say:

"Foe and move on..."

and they will be right.

Its not that nobody cares, or that this type of stuff doesn't suck ass. It's that it happens to EVERYONE, and if everyone made a C&A report about each person that did this to them we might as well shut this site down for any other type of business. They would have to make us ALL mods to handle the load. :D

I would like to point out that there is no rule about missing turns.

He didn't miss every other turn, and he did give an explanation and apology at the end of the game. Looking at the game I don't think he threw the game either.

I would suggest rate him accordingly and foe him if you wish.

I am going to mark this one CLEARED.
