Shan.Desgtromp and Shaz2 [Noted]

Postby swish11 on Mon Dec 21, 2009 9:15 pm

Just a heads up to avoid playing a game with the above two names. I joined them in a World setting three players and they called a truce for the first two rounds if you can believe it. .... They have played 15 games together and I think this is their way of improving their ranking and chances at winning . Check out game number 6135302

Ok seriously? Yeah, we've played quite a few games together but you'll notice I've played just as many against Shaz as I have with him, winning some and losing others. If we were trying to farm up some points this wouldn't be the way to do it since one of us is still going to ultimately lose. I'm certainly not going to take a dive for him or anyone.

As for calling the truce, it wasn't something that was planned in advance, at least not on my end, I wont speak to if Shaz planned it from the start; but if thats the case it wasn't something I was aware of. Regardless, while you might not like the outcome of this particular truce, its a perfectly valid and legal tactic if done in the open, which anyone who even glances at the game can see. One of my first matches here I had several people call a truce and team up on me. I didn't run crying to complain about it, so I don't see why you are.

Honestly I'm surprised you didn't claim that we're dupes as well, but you must have noticed that he's in the UK and I'm deployed in Iraq. A quick look through your ratings history shows several games where you're suspected of secret diplomacy or cheap tactics; and that's not including the numerous others where you're simply called out for being a bad player or a complainer. I'm not saying our truce was nice, but it was definitely legal, and you're in for a harsh wake-up if you think this world is "nice".

Oh, and I'd appreciate it if the next time you try and file a complaint on me, you at least take the effort to spell my name right. I'd hate for some doppleganger to steal my infamy that you're so graciously providing.

How about ya avoid playing 3 player. It will ALWAYS look suspicious. Perhaps for a good reason. Perhaps not. BUT just so ya know if too many suspect things come to light CC will block you and your buddy from playing in the same games and I for one would hate to see that happen to someone who is serving his country and the world.

This was not filled properly as a report and this was already noted before it was posted here in the C&A forum, we shall now close this one and mark it noted.
