So funny.

Well, thanks for the input and opinions everyone.
I wiped him off the map after he spent the bulk of his troops crippling me.
Win or loose, to me isn't as important as clearing myself from some slanderous accusation from a poor loser.

Checco wrote:Make racist/nationalist remarks like those you did in the chat log are against the rules, too, and afaik it's much more severe as a violation =D>.

That comment was not racist. To assume so displays your level of intellect

Besides, it's amazing how the replies increased just by the time I went to dinner .

Because your acting like a spoiled tool, and although I'm not the most popular or admired person on C.C. others who have played with or against me are more likely to have a measure of some respect as my character, words and deeds have cultivated and earned it.

By the way, looking to the game's situation, I'm not sure I committed suicide...
Yes you did, Chico. You gave up any chance to win by blowing more than half of your troops trying to cripple me.
there are far less chances that I'll lose now than before I wrote down these accusations and threw half my forces against you (and saw the others follow my example, how strange...), but nice try  (Note: Winners don't use caps).
Your Dead. I killed you. I regret that I'll never have the chance to do it again because I'm sure I'll make your foe list.

Whatever rabble comes regarding the fact one's opinion should be counted starting from how much time spends on forums and ending with one's chance to play and win the game (my ratings are good, either, I do not see the community despising me)...well, it has no value for me, especially coming from you.
Oh I'm sure the community thinks much more highly of you now after your lame and frivolous idiotic rendition of what you perceive went on.

My accusation remains, I think that about facts, you could as well changed green's behaviour in the game according to what I wrote, to avoid ppl thinking I'm right.
Your accusation remains because you haven't developed any insight on why you lost, because you can't accept personal responsibility for it. I had no interest in changing greens opinion on anything, as I was trying to kill him too... Sorry, I'm not going to annul my report; your feedback here and in the game could not help you persuade me to do otherwise, too.
Somehow I'll sleep at night knowing that some asshole thinks I'm an asshole. Just as long it's proven I'm an honest asshole.

As VampireM said, others have the right and power to say whether one is multi or not, I'm simply using an option allowed, the final decision will be taken by others.
Yes, you do have that right. But the grounds are shaky and faint at best. You insist on beating this drum knowing that. Try doing this a dozen times and see how the mods like the legwork of tracing every juvenile and wispy claim you lay at their feet. Ask around about Owen Shooter and you might get the idea.

By the way, it's pretty clear you like flame wars, but I'm stopping replying here, after all I said and wrote everything I wanted to.
If this was flame wars, you'd be huddled in a corner rocking yourself and crying, trying to piece together whatever shred of self esteem I decided to leave you with. This not being flame wars, I kept it civil.

Merry Christmas! :)

Merry Christmas, Checco. ;)
That offer is still open for a 1 v1 on New World if you wish. Foe'ing people I despise, limits the amount of times I can thrash them soundly.

JR, just let this die. No one is taking it seriously. You and I don't know each other, but I've read many of your posts and have a profound respect for you. This thread, though, does you a disservice to continue the commentary. I'm sure the mods will clear you, you don't need to worry about the drivel. I'm sure there is a desire to defend yourself against the accusation, but I think you can better defend yourself by not saying anything at all. Let this fall on its face without further commentary.

Can't we all just get along. I am afraid there aren't enough corners on the internet to send all of you into separate ones for a time out.

Looking into this.

Well jefjef this is the holiday season, I also like to watch the NFL and I work in retail so I am a little busier this time of year. Also I was trying to do some house cleaning on the threads that needed to be updated in the C&A forum. Plus I am old and slow, the keys on the keyboard keep moving, my dog bit me and my wife left me.......No wait I must be listening to a country song. I also didn't know there was a timer going.

I mean, before writing this abuse report, I read that he claims to be 41. Now exactly tell me how a 41 age old guy, supposly with a family, a life, a work (well, about that he could be on Christmas holiday) be able to spend all that time staring the monitor?

What puts the '?' upon my head (though I'm not an expert when it comes to computers) is how can anyone react so often, sometimes less than within 10 minutes, to the fact the previous player took his turn.

Even if notifications are quickly made and sent and received and read, with the recipient immediately rushing to play, is it really possible to achieve that without staying glued to the PC for the most part of the day (doing nothing else but observing CC, of course)? However, I mean without receiving info from the previous player.

I repeat, I do not believe in social network and such, but it seems really too extreme a situation to believe he's always there 'ready to play Conquer Club'. And while I won't be the one checking his case (as it should be, only a third party could do it properly), I'm really curious about how he can perform such feats of speed; though for the sake of privacy, I'll probably won't be told, but it's fine.

There are some notifiers that you can install, I think one is called conquertell. Go to the plug ins section of GD. It puts little green and red dots on the bottom of you browser that tells you if you turn is up.

When I have a slow day at work everytime I walk past my computer I check to see if I have any turns to play.

Looking at those game logs you copied it looks damning but what about the rest of the game [when yellow followed green until you were eliminated]? You played 20 rounds.

Secret diplomacy is hard to prove, we can't tell a player who or when to attack. Some players are more aggressive and some like to sit back and wait for the right moment. I don't see any secret diplomacy.

Johnny Rockets and usetheforce are CLEARED of secret diplomacy and of being multi's.

I will respect the judgement, of course, though I still have the same opinion.

No matter which or how many plug-ins, it seems still rather too fishy a coincidence to me, but whatever.

I hope this report, no matter the fact it's cleared, will remain in the archives to be useful should anyone else accuse this guy.

I also take into account all the personal attacks and such made in the game chat have been considered 'not a violation of the netiquette', for future references.

Well, by examining this case posted by a free member, I have to admit CC isn't such a 'xenofobic' group towards freemiums like some barking posters lead me to believe.

To whom it may concern:
( And to keep in mind for future reference...)

Hey, I'm on a lot. Several times a day, and I check back frequently when I'm engaged in a particular game where a win over a particularly disagreeable opponent becomes an obsession.

I use Bob...very handy, and I have 3 P.C.'s , 2 laptops, 3 - I.S.P's and if I'm in a crunch I'll have an employee sit at my desk sorting invoices with orders to page me when my turn comes up.

I am 41, with a wife and family, but my work takes up about 18 hours of my day. And because I own the business I work for, I can take a few moments anytime I choose to take my turns. Life is good.

Thank you for clearing this up, Semp. I was always confident this would turn out as it did.
