OK - Round 4 is set up.

On a related note, due to the recent events concerning rbelgrod, he will not be able to enter the 3 games and potentially 5 games required to finish this tournament.

As such, the team has requested to replace rbelgrod in the tournament with jj3044 and I have agreed. These two had similar points and due to the unique nature of this situation I think it will not unfairly benefit or hurt either team.
