Then I got this PRIVATE message at 02:33:00.

dude i dont want to war with you right now....especially between sa and africa.....lets just take it easy attacking each other

I didn't know what to do so I decided just to ignore him and not respond. He did pretty much said the same thing in game chat but to bring up the issue again 20 minutes later in a private message to me is what raises my concerns. I really do not know what to make of the situation.

He said it in game chat, so it's ok. He probably sent you the PM because you didn't respond in game.

Thanks you for the post. I would fist like to say. Since the post was made in Chat first. Then it is ok. Him sending you a message after the post due to no reply, that to is ok. He did seem to make his intentions clear enough so that no issues arise. I hope if further issues do arise that you feel free to post the issues or concerns you have.
