Both accounts created in Belgium on the same morning. Both players held several bonuses with shared undefended borders with no mention of an alliance. Both players attacked either green or I each turn, but never each other.

I already reported them, they were already checked, they were already cleared of being multis.

They said not enough evidence for secret diplomacy, but perhaps your entry will help.

Yes indeed this was a post made earlier. But since it is a new post and looks to be same tactic used. We will have to look into it again. So for now this is pending.
