I have many transgender, gay/and or friends with alternative lifestyles. One of my closest friends is transexual. In fact I have a transexual friend that I met online years ago that was very confused and suicidal. I did everything that I could to show love and support for this person over the years. Today she is a post opp transexual that very happy and grounded. She frequently thanks me for all of the support that I gave her during some of the rough years of her life.

It's completely absurd to confuse name calling with racism, bigotry or homophobia. One has nothing to do with the other

Look up the definitions guy... racism is the belief that one race is superior over another. Homophobia means to have a fear of homosexuals.

Obviously I don't fear homosexuals otherwise I wouldn't be friends with them and I certainly wouldn't show them love and support.

You people get sad too easily. Somebody throws the gay word around all in good fun to try to provoke an amusing response out of an opponent and you people clutch your children to cover their eyes and ears. Just so you know, what goes on around them out in the real world is far more serious, chauvinistic, and unfiltered. But I suppose I understand why you would feel it a certain justice to comb through my game history and scrounge around for anything that might be offensive or undeniably so. Because at least you sort of can control your precious internet. Go write a fucking book and do something with all of that gay pride. Truth is, this isn't going to teach me any life lesson or influence the way I act from this point on. If I want to say something is gay or somebody is a homo than it's going to happen regardless of popular favor. I've said that word my whole life in whatever context I felt necessary and I'm not about to pretend that I care about somebodies feelings now just because a group of naysayers think I'm being to forward. Cry about it.

this is about a precedent being set. i would love to call people faggots, and porch monkeys, but i am afraid of bans from mods. i got banned for a month for calling owen a niggerlover. your comments are just as bad as mine were. i would love to see cc take a stand, and tell people to use the foe button more often, and quit banning users for in game chat.

but truth is, you get away with it, and others dont. so this really has shit to do with you now. you have been cleared. this is now about the rest of us. and scrounging around in your games? only people with no lives do that.

Of course it isn't directly about KH or DF. It's all about double standards. What is wrong for one absolutely should be wrong for the next.

I don't have much prob with a lot of these words. I sling some of em around in the real world. But if it isn't allowed to be done here by the many. It should not be allowed to be done by the few.

OP needs to get a grip imho. Sure, it was annoying and all, but foe em and move on. You're not made of bone china. If you've ever used the internet before, you will have been exposed to this kind of thing a million times before, and none of those instances caused you the deep emotional trauma you're now pretending to have.

Yes, I know, that doesn't make it right, and there are rules on this site, etc. But honestly. Grip. Get one.

So what you're essentially saying is that even though what happened is against the rules, it's not important that it was? So then what IS the purpose of rules, in your view?
