The accused are suspected of: Deliberateley throwing a game by suiciding & giving the game to another player.

Other: <Explanation> the Player blackwatch 1 is frustrated of loosing , so he is deliberateley throwing the game by suiciding his troops on mine . why do i say that , because before he began his round 11 on the New World Map , he had France & Britain with no way of getting to France for any of us ,it was blocked off by his troops but then he played and forted all his troops from France & Britain to the North Atlantic Port ,thus given Pink a straight and easy access to France & Pink was allready strong enough he did not need that gift from Grey ( blackwatch ) his intention are quite clear , he Throwing the game by giving pink a free access to France & suiciding on me .The integrity of this game is being strongley comprimsed by this idiots actions so please do something about it , this is not the way that i like to loose my points , this is no fair. and in the next round (12) hew even says it in the game chat . i quote ( There you go Pink .GL . now is that not secret diplomacy or at lease a very very cheap tactic . suiciding and giving an other player an open free pass . now that has messed up this whole game ........

. now if everyone is aloud to play in such a way . this is a very poorley managed site if u people allow this kind of playing behavior. anyone can just mess up an other players game like an idiot because they are loosing and want to bring someone down with them . this type of play is very un sports man like .it sucks big time. go check all the game log . grey was the strongest player in the early rounds & i was the only one trying to attack and able to attack cause i was the closest . so by attacking him i finnally got lucky dice and made it to Britain & thats were he started getting frustrated and throwing the game by suiciding on me and giving easy access to pink to his territories . now in round 12 since he has suicided on me he has moved his troops from britain out of pinks way so he can take it easy . which by the way Pink has 5 cards . so if thats not secret diplomacy than what is .......................

i think it's a matter of him wanting to cut down the number of armies you get at the start of your turn. you're getting nearly twice as many than other other player their. that's why grey wants everyone to focus on you.

put him on your foe list like you said you would.

don't see anything happening in this as there was no secret diplomacy

shwartskof was the strongest player and was actively attacking me. I pulled my men from France to defend against him. I suggested to pink that attacking me may not be the best move but sometimes you have to sacrifice a territory to defend yourself. Obviously, I still did not have enough as shwartskof took all my men and left me defenseless. Suiciding is wasting your men in a vendetta against another player with no regard to your survival. Any attacks on shwartskof left me in a defensible position. shwartskof is crying because I tried to get the others to realize the threat he posed as he was overwhelming my defenses and was in a position to dominate the game. I play to win.

yes of course now u try to make youself look good but thats not what the complete game log reads. u deliberately suicided on me and gave pink free passes and probobly your cards also

I notice no one bothered to tidy up the original post so that all the links were correct. I thought of doing it, but then read the bulk of the comments - so filled with spelling, grammatical and punctuation errors that I'd be spending all my time trying to interpret and correct it. If you're going to post something people, there should be language standards observed so we can at least work out what the hell you're saying ....

I find it highly ironic that a player who deliberately throws 1-vs-1 speed games themselves (quits as soon as things just begin to turn against them) would make such a C&A post. Quite fascinating, really.

Secret diplomacy is when two opponents who are not part of a game team make the strategic plans outside of game chat.

Well, agreed, it's "unfair" when players gang up, but that's what happens, frequently, in multiplayer non-team games. It's unfair, however, perfectly legal as long as they didn't band together in pm, in forums, in chat, or in some im outside of CC to make these plans to re-equalize the board by banding against you for a while... and since it was announced in gamechat, that's not a secret.

Call me crazy but I think shwartskof should get some sort of disciplinary action. He was verbally abusing grey and started trolling his other games.

He clearly has some anger issues, I can't imagine anything in this game getting me THAT upset.

If this is true, then you can either open up a C&A complaint against the individual (though if the players who are actually in those games don't seem to mind enough to do it themselves...) or send an E-Ticket on it.

How do you know that his first language is English. Just coz his flag is Canadian dont mean he speaks the lingo, capisce. I mean Woodruffs flag is the star strangled banner, but hes obviously from Vulcan......

I don't believe I ever commented on (or even assumed) what his first (or second, or third) language might be. Didn't check his flag, either. Just suggesting that the bar needs to be raised a bit so we can at least work out what someone is complaining about.

OK. First off suiciding is an unwritten rule but not against the rules. As the OP stated you kept attacking Blackwatch1, he got fed up with it and attacked back in frustration. We can not tell anyone who, where or when to attack some one else.

As far as throwing the game I don't see that. The OP is the strongest in the game. The suicide might have evened the table for the remaining players a little but it did not throw the game in anyone's favor.

Blackwatch1 is CLEARED.

As always you can foe and or rate accordingly.

I would like to thank everyone for their interest and positive comments in this matter. It is helpful to see that the unbiased CC community saw the game pretty much as I did.
