Who is the GOD in this game

Is there a GOD in this game who can decide who wins and who lose a game.

Sometimes I think there is someone who looks over my shoulder.

Who or what is that GOD, the makers of this game ?

in reality im the god of the game, i just loose a lot to fool all of you ^.^

lol in reality lack attack is, since lack made the game...
