Accused:

tdans

The accused are suspected of:

Other: possible farming

Game number(s):

Game 5544720
Game 5544719
Game 5544718
Game 5544717
Game 5544715
Game 5544714
Game 5544710
Game 5544709

Comments:

I do believe there was a precedent for this type of feudal farming (aka bjc23). However, this is sequential, and the old case was freestyle. This still looks suspicious to me though.

Tdans plays a lot of feudal games. He starts a lot of em too. He has PLENTY that do not have ?? in them. And some of em also has non - ? in them. How is this farming? Did he invite them? Nothing special about the settings he's using. He does not exclusively play feudal either. He started the games. If he did not specifically invite those ?? to join then these few games can not be considered farming.

Feudal is just a type of map that not many people join fast with those settings. Tdans is no farmer my friend, even though it does seem. He sets games up with hopes of higher ranks joining, then gets screwed when new players join.

I wouldn't accuse him if this was his FIRST set of 5-player feuds with a lot of newbs. HOWEVER, he did have another set awhile ago (7 games, as opposed to over a dozen here), where a lot of newbs joined too. This leads me to believe that he now knows what type of feudal game attracts newbs, and will be making quite a bit of them, although not entirely, to avoid suspicion.

Tdans is a LT at present(most farmers are generals playing freestyle 1vs1 city mogul speed....).... He is not sending invites to ? marks..... This goes back to feudal should be classed as a difficult map. A lot of good feudal players like to play 5player because there is an empty castle making it more of a challenge. Tdans is not a farmer. Has he beaten you a few times recently SlowReactor? This post is beneath you mate, I thought you had more sense and style than to post this drivil. Lets see Owenator, and Tezu have also been accused of farming for starting 5 or 4 player feudal games. MODS MAKE FEUDAL A MAP WHERE NOOBS CAN'T JOIN PLEASE, SO WE DON'T HAVE ANY MORE TIMEWASTING THREADS LIKE THIS.

Pfft. Yeah, he's farming, because TeamCC acknowledges that Feudal is too hard a map for n00bs, but instead of blocking them from it so we can play our Favorite map with others and have fun, they just ignore it and call us farmers.

Bull report is bull. CC needs to fix the problem, not warn the players.

if i understand your point correctly.. anyone who sets up a block of games on a certain map is a farmer? Thats absurd and people like you should be banned.. This constitutes baiting and of course will be overlooked.. CC is more concerned with calling someone an inept name than individual having there integrity questioned.. Get a life slow

Can I just say that this is a misunderstanding?

I haven't been on the site as long as most of you guys here, and I am not very familiar as to where the line is drawn for farming. I did read something awhile ago about a similar case being noted, so I thought that this might also constitute farming. If I am wrong, I deeply apologize.

While it's only two cents, keep in mind that Wolffystyle's currency is worth exponentially more than the Zimbabwean Dollar.

Question Marks join games that other Question Marks have joined. I know I did when I bore my azure letter.

Tdans is alright in my book and should continue to play games in the format that he prefers.

Actually, the creator of games may be deemed to farm in breach of the anti-farming under certain circumstances, e.g. if:

- Setting up a number of games just to subsequently drop games with non-? in them keeping games with ?s.
- Setting up games in large quantities that, as record or experience shows, tend to attract ?s in large quantities.

1) Tdans did not drop games when non ?? joined.

2) This is NOT a large # of games.

Disgraceful thread.

People should have better things to do than complain like this surely.

This site is continuing to loose credibility and members who have been full paid up members for years.

Shame.

Lame excuse mate. Just admit you have something against Tdans, but have thought better of it now you see he has friends. Good to see you asked for the thread to be closed, as this is beyound lame. I look forward to you starting a thread about me been a farmer because I've played 3000 feudal games, and have started 5player feudal games in the past, and will continue to do so.

I SWEAR TO GOD, I HAVE ABSOLUTELY NOTHING AGAINST HIM OR FEUDAL! I have only made 3 accusations in total, and I don't frequent the C&A forum. What do I have to do to prove that this is a genuine mistake?

its just annoying to get so many new players in a game, half will miss turns and other half just screw up in general, and no points in it anyways.. i dont think tdans was happy with the level of experience in these games..

Instead of having more and more of these threads created falsely accusing players whose only crime is enjoying playing Feudal why don't they just place this map on the New Recruit restriction list.

Agreed. This map and city mogul are by far the most complained about "farm" maps. Either restrict them or maybe eliminate rules against farming. kinda pointless anyway. I bet even some of the so called farmers have lost to ?? and it cost em a bunch of points.

But yes. Any map with a bombard should be restricted. It isn't a standard play map.
