Although it is strange that a NR is inviting other NR's, the mutlism together seems off, they're pretty much all from different countries. The possibility of proxy is there. Maybe it's old, previously banned players, who got together and created a circle in which to create games between themselves(I guess?).

or maybe they are friends that all decided to join and play some games... that is how i joined! i was asked to join by a friend, and then we played a bunch of games together until i knew what i was doing... maybe colton should just stop accusing everyone of cheating, and worry about getting his rank above that buttered toast icon he is still sporting...-0

Another case of colton been on to say, not to play. Private games, are a great way to learn the game, especially if playing against other noobs, lets people learn at their own pace, and stops noobs getting thrashed by someone more experienced.

Stop dragging players reputations through the dirt on the back of some half-baked hunch. Play the game, gain some experience, then come back when you find something that's actually suspicious and not just a bit odd. Until then all people will notice is your Cooks hat and this worryingly low statistic:
