Similar Word Game

Not for the intellectually stunted or timid. Can often lead to deadends/game failure.

Take the word above you and use the last letter to start another word which is similar in meaning/and or function. Next word must be one letter longer or shorter than the preceding word. For example bollocks - scrotum. Crass example I know. But scrotum is 1 letter shorter and starts with the last letter of bollocks.
