He is purposely not taking his turn when he clearly has the chance, and said that he won't until the last minute, forcing the game to take longer than it should.

Ah. Well, it all depends I guess. Personally, if finding myself in a situation where I'm bound to loose in a 1v.1 game, I may in certain instances chose to take one turn a day in that game. Not out of spite though, but simply due to the fact that (i) no one is in any rush (and if you are, buy premium) and (ii) people eventually may miss turns. This doesnāt apply for dedicated players of course, but it's actually not too uncommon that opponents (especially freemiums) starts missing a turn here and there allowing for a comeback. All in all, it may make perfectly good sense to prolong the game by taking one turn a day and itās nothing to get upset about. If you want a quick game, play speed game or agree on a r/t game.
Strife wrote:That's not the problem in this case though, but I know well enough that people can miss turns due to personal reasons and I myself don't exactly care for fighting in a lost cause.
They were clearly on and had the chance to take their turn but said they won't because I failed to let him break my bonus and throw the game. If I were really worried about not playing enough games, and had a credit card, I would have premium at the moment, but it's more about this guy admitting why he is going to wait until the last second. It's just to be an ass.

YOU HAVE CLEAR PROOF OF HIM HOLDING YOU HOSTAGE...AND IF CC DON'T DO NOTHING ABOUT IT ,THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG

You have pretty course language for being 11 years old. But not to be off topic how about the mods create a system of mod approval before allowing a cheat & abuse complaint posting. It would cut down on a lot of I'm "mad" complaints.
