e_i_pi I usually concur with your findings and either say so or don't say anything at all, but I think unless this suspected 1 user is savvy enough to use 2 browsers and cycle through them with the associated accounts simultaneously I think these 2 might just be people that know each other.

Which is obvious from the name. (steadmo & msteadmo)

Granted there is enough time difference between the turns that a experienced player could probably do these moves, but I doubt a guy with 13 games under his belt is this savvy.

Either way should be interesting to check back on this and see the ruling.

Hey this very well could be an elaborate scheme made by a guy that has nothing but time on his hands. An IP check will no doubt let them know if its the same IP, and if it is then divulging in character behavior and other stuff will allow the mods to see if its 1 person on same IP or 2..

You never know, and some people are scandalous. Im interested to see which way this one bounces
