Where are those other game/s that he made a turn while missing his turns in your game? He also missed a couple of his turns from Game 5139248 with the same dates as to your game.

Sorry didn't check but still no reason to deadbeat in games with not a single word in the chat or an apology afterwards. Is this the sort of game play we want?

2009-06-26 14:48:01 - falconforlife missed a turn
2009-06-27 01:21:05 - falconforlife ended the turn 5005291
2009-06-29 12:10:08 - falconforlife missed a turn
2009-06-28 05:29:03 - falconforlife ended the turn 5005291

So he did go on other games and could have played.

seems as if you two have a history:

2009-06-22 09:29:36-Mumsy: Falcon I thought you hated me why do you want to play withsome YOU have foed?
2009-06-22 09:30:37-Mumsy: I don't mind but u should unfoe me now as I won't be horrible to you I promise.

and maybe something happened to him in real life. it isn't like he started 50-100 games and deadbeated them all. and if you look at the logs of his other games, he did indeed miss turns, but appears to have been taking turns regularly since the 2nd of this month. so, perhaps he went away for a short time or has some other valid excuse. and as he doesn't post in the forums, maybe he didn't realize having a sitter for his account was an option. missing a few turns in a few games is not a huge rule infraction. conquer club is a gaming site for the casual gamer, afterall... even with his missed turns, he still has taken 94% of his turns. as it is, why didn't you turn in your own partner for this same infraction?

2009-06-28 05:10:08 - northp missed a turn
2009-06-29 05:10:08 - falconforlife missed a turn

2009-07-01 12:27:31 - northp missed a turn
2009-07-02 12:27:31 - falconforlife missed a turn

seems to me you are upset that he has you on foe, and this is your way of getting back at him. you have played 5 games together. if he was such a poor player and a habitual deadbeat, why would you continue to play with him? makes no sense. put him on foe, as he has done to you, and move on. i doubt there is going to be any PENAL phase to this thread, and it seems a bit juvenile...-0

Sorry to disagree with you and I respect what you say. But the facts are clear he joined my game then deadbeated he could have played them as I have demonstrated. If you think that is ok then so be it. Let me make it clear again he joined my game then deadbeated. Please explain the history problem from my point of view in what I have done wrong.

To clarify; to deadbeat is to miss 3 consecutive turns.

Kotaro yes and your point is?
Presuming you have looked at the game and seen he did indeed miss three turns and was therefore a "deadbeat"

So what is he doing that is against the rules. He has 24 hours to make a move. If he doesn't miss a move why do you care when does or doesn't he play? Now people will have to defend and explain why they didn't played one game while they were playing the other one? Come on this is getting ridiculous ...

Major/Severe Infractions are those that are more than just annoying, but are intentionally hurtful to a user, group of users, or the community in general. This includes but is not limited to: Cyber-bullying/Harassment, Bigotry, Intentional Deadbeating, Repeatedly Holding Players Hostage, Serial Teammate Killing, Hijacking Accounts, Systematically "Farming" New Recruits, Illegal Point Collecting, **Point Dumping** etc.

* Major/Severe Infractions follow a shortened vacation escalation scale of: Warning, One Month Vacation, Permanent Vacation.

Now can you actually read what this says. I am starting to wonder if any of you non moderators know the rules.

And I am wondering if you understand that "deadbeating" is an informal word which to the best of my knowledge as Kotaro pointed out means (on this site) "missing three turns". So as long as you do not find precise definition of word "deadbeating" I do not see what he violated.

You should learn the rules. They're simply missing turns. A deadbeat means they were kicked out of the game due to missing three consecutive turns. Now wether or not they are purposely missed turns is out of the question, the only one who can answer that is the accused, and they can answer with whatever they like, therefor leaving intent with which could clear their name with a valid miss(personal unavoidable matters). The most this person will get is a warning, if that. And you should also be warned, don't cry wolf, the mod's don't have time to deal with bogus accusations such as this.

Okay, first things first, don't spam with a failed flame. Next they were kicked from another game which you are not in. There is clearly something happening to that person preventing them from taking their turns. Next, one question mark please. Also, when you edit please specify what you edit. Again, unless they said they were deliberately going to deadbeat, this is a case for rating and foe list. Still a waste of mod time.

No, you clearly are to ignorant to understand. The mod's will deal with it when they have the time. I can pretty much guarantee a "[Rating/Foe/warning]" status for this. So stop refusing and thinking you can justify yourself and make everyone believe he/she did something wrong when you clearly did to be on they're for list. I'm trying to help you, and you are too dumb(or something) to understand. I now see why you're on their foe list.

Good luck...

Sincerely,
Strife.

you didn't answer any of my questions. why didn't you turn in your own team member? and again, maybe something happened to him in real life... maybe he didn't know he could get a sitter since he doesn't visit the forums. he is taking his turns regularly now, so i doubt anything will happen to him. nice attempt at getting back at someone for placing you on their foe list, but what he has done is not a major infraction. you will be told to place him on your foe list and move on... here is a thread about a real deadbeat, read it and you will see the difference:
viewtopic.php?f=239&t=90949

and since you ignored my first post, here it is again:

This is a reply to owenshooter.

1. I was not talking to you in regard of my reply to strife.

"Clearly you are being confrontational and I supose that is what gives you kicks in life. So be it . Not bothered about you being insulting. Please say some more if it makes you feel good"

Sorry for the confusion.

2. Please remind me of the game where I didn't turn someone in who foed me and then joined a game I was in then deadbeated out of my 571 games. ( Please be aware you need to actually understand that falconfor life was kicked out for missing 3 turns and that is deadbeating, the name you quote did not deadbeat he is still playing. I agree missing turns but I can't accuse him of deadbeating.

3 "you didn't answer any of my questions" what other questions?

4. History has nothing to do with my reporting this in a negetive way. He is the one who Intentional Deadbeated as per the rules of the game.

Your sour grapes are a waste of the mods time. We can all understand that. Your miffed cause he has you on foe. Stop been a hypocrite, when you start a thread about your partner deliberately dead beating then I might start to think your behaving as an adult, rather than a fat little 4yr old running to mumsy, the other boys don't want to play with me, because I won't let them use my toys, make them play with me mumsy....

He has paid for premium membership, and has taken 93% of his turns. Maybe he has a life.

Wind you up? I haven't even begun..... nor will I bother. Just pointing the obvious. Your wasting time. Your crying. Your resorting to national stereotypes about live stock. Just admit your heart broken that your on his foe list, dry your tears. Change thread heading to "Please Lock" Maybe find someone who doesn't have you on their foe list to be the object of your school girl crush. May I suggest JefJef, Artimis, General Stoneham, myself(if your really desperate), The Prowler(he likes puppies)...... Please take the time to PM when you start a new thread, as I haven't laughed so hard since the last time I read an example of CodeBlues game chat. Might I also suggest TurtleSoup as a more appropriate forum. :D :)
