Multi or Secret Alliance [cleared/noted]

Postby Dobs on Thu Jun 25, 2009 10:05 am

ITEACHJAVA
LIAM4240

GAME NUMBER: 5148734

Being Multis
Conducting Secret Diplomacy

In a 3 way game v's these two guys everything seemed normal until the last two moves of the game when Liam4240 made a totally weird decision to attack me when I had left his bonus alone as Green had cashed armies and was so strong.
After this decision I was curious and checked each account and sure enough Liam4240 was offline when Iteachjava was playing ;) - straight away after and it took him a long time to play his goes.
It all seems very odd - maybe coincidence and just a bad move my Liam4240 but I would appreciate another point of view on this after you look at the log and an IP address check for sure! After he made that turn the game was over and given to Iteachjava.....

Look forward to your guys comments.....

It appears the whole game in question was a real time game with no more then a maximum of 4 minutes ever going by before the next person took their turn.

And that you gained a bonus in round 3 collected on it in round 4 at which time liam4240 had 6 regions, and iteachjava had 4 and in that round you collected another 1 troop bonus for taking Luxembourg city.
Plus big thing being was that liam4240 was cashing a 10 set on his next go and could deploy 15 troops added on to whatever else he had already sitting next to you to make a run for you and your 4 cards.
He failed and this allowed iteachjava to step in eliminate you, use your cards and win the game.

The move made by liam4240 was his best option for winning the game, you were the stronger player and you were growing in strength. He had a round where he was able to keep a bonus and was cashing a 10 set right next to you. If he had been successful of eliminating you this report wouldn't have been made because it would have been a great move for him to win the game with.

In a 3 player game it isn't often what you do that determined the overall outcome of the game it is usually what does on of the other players do.

I don't think there is any malicious play between these 2.

Good Luck,
King Sam

Red probably took a chance and his last turn decided the game. Cleared but still noted.
