Not to be contradictory (since I got the pm as well), but guy apologized.

And not be a smartass, but I received 2 reply-alls to that pm that were unnecessary (and therefore spam).

figured that i may want to put something up here.
this issue was a complete accident and it does explain it in the apology pm. i don't feell comfortable posting the pm hear in a public forum but i will forward the thread to a hunter on their request. I figure that ive been a good citizen of CC for close to a year now (June 24, 2008) and this was just an issue of a good guy doing a bad thing. All 60ish people got this apology notice and they all realise that I know what i did was wrong and that i take full reponsibility.

mybrute should be turned into m*****e.

those brutes are a disgrace, and anybody advertising them should be punished.

Just want to stop it before it starts. I thought that the issue here was about the spam :-s

. Let's not have this abuse case vary into a fight over the My Brute (or M*B****) site being good or bad. It's not like spamming hasn't happened on CC and it certainly isn't the first time it's happened about the M*B**** site.

As i see it, the message went out, four people replyed, an apology was sent out to all 60ish people who were INVOLVED and as of now, every reply ive gotten had sounds of forgiveness or dont-worry-about-it.

I dont mean to lash out at those who wish punishment or undermine those who are trying to help me out (im very appreciative) but can the talk in this thread be just relavent to the spam as any other.

I am sorry, but to be frank, I don't care about those apologies. And I don't believe into your explanation (my-brother-did-it). That is what they all say...

I am on this site for 3 years. And I've seen the spam threads for sure. But I have never received a spam PM before.

There is no possible way for me to say anything that will make you believe the truth. Because of that, i can tell you that there is no possible way for me to have written anything that could have proven to you 100% that i'm a liar (maybe it's also because i'm not lying). Please don't call me a liar when i'm not one. :-s

As for the same account, i dont know. Maybe he's just looking up to his older brother and thinks he can impress me because he carries the same name...maybe he was thinking ahead to something funny to pull on me on CC (he hasn't been on that site long. he found it through CC)...i'll tell you a) my brother is'nt imaginary, b) the apology was real. There are actually good people on theinternet who do truly make mistakes, and do fess up and take responsibility, AND also tell the truth. Again, there is no way for me to change your viewbut it's kinda ironic that the first negative feedback (after the 2nd pm) was from the person who put me in the abuse forum in the first place. you need to just get over it and accept it 'cause what's done is done. :roll:

If you got anything to post that is lagitamate to the pm spamming then go ahead and say it here, but don't go around falsifying what i haven't done. (lying or bullying sounds like a worse abuse than spamming)

PS yes i said "brother-did-it." How many people actually have had their dog eat their homework :lol:
