CONGRATULATIONS COACHEBERHARDT
FOR WINNING THE TOURNOMENT!!! Hello all and welcome to the 2nd tournoment in this series of Map Tours. You can be premium or freemium, you can be currently enrolled in the 1st Map Tour tournoment or be new to the series. This tournoment does stand alone. Either way, I'm taking the first 56 enrollments. These games will most likely pull out the conservative side of players. This and the escalating cards should make this a tourny filled with huge army numbers! This could easily turn into a luck of the dice on a massive scale, especially in the crowded early rounds. Is this your kinda tourny?!
But once the group that will pass for the game has been determined, the extra incentive to keep fighting hard is made by the terminator setup. So every game most likely will end up being a large scaled, grueling battle all the way to the end! Now that's my idea of Conquering! Please keep
one game slot open. I will need 56 players plus four reserves (I will be the 5th reserve)
This tournoment will be run off the following settings:
Terminator
Sequential
Chained
Escalating
Sunny
(Please all people who have seen my first tourney, please take note that this is Terminator setup instead of a Standard).
Procedure:In each round, the bottom two players per game will be eliminated. Everybody else will move on.
Round 1:56 players, 7 games of 8 players, 6 per game move on (42 total)
Asia
Round 2:42 players, 6 games of 7 players, 5 per game move on (30 total)
North America
Round 3:30 players, 5 games of 6 players, 4 per game move on (20 total)
Europe
Round 4:20 players, 4 games of 5 players, 3 per game move on (12 total)
Africa
Round 5:12 players, 3 games of 4 players, 2 per game move on (6 total)
South America
Round 6:6 players, 2 games of 3 players, 1 per game move on (2 total)
Austraila
Round 7:2 players, 3 games of 2 players
Each player may choose from any map that is related to the world's geogrophy to put in this final round (ie maps that were used earlier, different variations of Europe, a map of a country, rail maps, etc). The tie-breaking map will be "random"
The 2/3 winner of this will
WIN THE TOURNOMENT!!! Notes:If there aren't enough peopole signed up, (say 42 sign up) then i will forgo round 1 and start the tourny on round 2 settings. But let's hope that won't be the case.
...still, July 18th is the deadline
I should be on daily to update, if not every other day.
random.org will be used to produce all game matchups.
If there are any questions please ask.
