The accused are suspected of:

Being Multis
Conducting Secret Diplomacy

Game number(s): to many, just check arthas his/her games.

Comments: They played 60 games together, only 1 game won by arthas ???? A lot of the games are privat 1 vs 1 but also a lot of 3 player games.

Check some of the game logs. They play within seconds of each other.

Erm yeah, on those grounds you could accuse everyone who plays a casual game in real-time(there are a lot of these players). I don't think it's point dumping. It seems to me that athras just kills himself by playing badly.

Arthas did win some games in the beginning, but after awhile, he started to ONLY play games with roms, and he lost EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM.

Here's what I think happened:

Arthas was originally a different player than roms. Perhaps they knew each other. After a while of playing the game, Arthas probably got bored of the game and decided not to play anymore. Roms got a hold of this news and asked for Arthas' account. After Arthas gave it to roms, he used it to grind points for himself.

There is not enough evidence to show that either one of them has used the other account for their own advantage. However, arthas' account has been freezed for suspicions of losing intentionally to most, if not all of his games, especially when playing against roms.
