I believe (without searching) that he's been reported for this previously, since I have him foe'd for precisely that reason.

Nah he was recently in a C&A thread about an accusation of being a multi but was cleared
(CLEARED of multi in May 2009)

and back in the day was BUSTED for being a multi but nothing on ratings abuse yet. Looks like he can add that Rule Violation WARNING to his repertoire
(BUSTED back in January 2009)
