Tic-Tac-Toe! [FULL]

TIC-TAC-TOE!
ALL PREMIUM PLAYERS WELCOME

This is a doubles tournament that will consist of 4 rounds in a bracket-style tourney. Rankings will be determined by points at time of posting. How it works:

STEP I:
Your team (whether you are X or O), selects a square (each individual square's settings are shown below that they will play on:

STEP II:
If your team (say you're team X) wins, then you get that space:

If the other team wins, they get the space:

STEP III:
The other team selects another one and you keep going until someone wins!

NOTE: IN CASES OF TIES THERE WILL BE ONE TIEBREAKER GAME ON A SQUARE DETERMINED BY RANDOM.ORG

SPOILS:
F = Flat Rate
E = Escalating
N = No Spoils
REINFORCEMENTS:
A = Adjacent
C = Chained
U = Unlimited

Round I & II: Middle East
Round III (semi): BeNeLux
Round IV (final): USA
