Edit: except for the mountains in the very NE corner, but they might as well be NC anyways.

Snow in Phoenix? It happens....

When it snows in LA, that's when we're going to start getting some real 'Left Behind' shit going, with angels opening vials full of the wrath of god and what not.

Meanwhile, I'll be off making snow simulacra of various CCers based on how I visualize them. Gooood times.

The plains of Colorado have been hit hard this winter. Right now we've got an average of around 3.5 feet on the ground, some snow drifts are 5 feet, and man-made piles from the first blizzard continue to collect more and more snow making piles over over 13 feet tall. If any of you Georgians and Floridians want some snow, you're welcome to it. In fact, most people will probably pay you to take some. We've had 5 or 6(I can't remember) consecutive weekends with major snowfall, I do love the snow, but having too much of a good thing can ruin it. In fact, we got more snow in 8 days, then we got all last winter.

They over-exaggerated ... it did snow in my back yard for about 10 mins and I collected a bit in my hands, but that was it... it's 60 here today. I'm looking forward to the 120 in the summer... and the return of global warming... aaahhhhh...

Postby Itrade on Mon Jan 22, 2007 9:19 pm

Didn't it snow down in Australia during Christmas? I saw some reports on CNN with videos.

I highly doubt it, seeing as how in Australia it would be summer time during Christmas.

Meh, snow in Arizona. How about snow in FL? I mean real snow. Snow that collects and stays for days.

That would be Hell freezing over.
