First the last game was against a SGT 1st class, and all the others the question mark users joined his game.
You cant really control that fact, however it is weird to have 4 5 player games and 4 of those players in each game be a newbie.

Maybe multi's of some sort, but if not as I said he cant control newbies joining his games. (Unless he specifically targeted them, which you would need proof of)

Best of Luck

If they are freely joining his games, then he can play forever. However, if he is luring new players to join, then there could be an issue.

"Newbie Farming" is the technique of setting up as many games as possible (either by starting or joining them) with New Recruits to gain easy points by taking advantage of difficult game options and the fact the New Recruits are more likely to deadbeat. Some players have been farming extensively - even sending hundreds of PMs to the latest members to get them into their games.

I'm not sure if this map and settings would be considered difficult.

Last game posted is definitely out. Also like JP said it's impossible to control who joins your games. Unless there is a way to tell if someone has foed a good amount, which may be the case, but doubtful. 3 of the games are all ?'s the rest are fine. But honestly I don't think he's n00b farming. For now I'd say cleared. But I'll leave it up to mods.
