New Zealand Competition

A New Zealand Map Making Competition.
I would really like to see one and I think this is an area with enough support to run one

Who's running the competition? You? What's the prize? What's the incentive? Are there rules? Have you thought this out at all?

plus, is this an 'official' competition or just something you'd be throwing together for fun?

Well, there have been tons of people suggesting that the cartos host an 'official' Revamp contest.
This could have been similar, someone suggesting that the cartos host an 'official' NZ map comp.

To confirm then, this isn't an official thread about any official competition. :roll:

If you want to work on a New Zealand map, feel free, but you may want to check out some of the previous attempts that are in Map Ideas or the Recycling Bin first...
