You mean other people have reported this? How many? I think that that avatar should be a direct violation of the rules.

There is no nudity in the pictures per the Community Guidelines. We can't warn people for things that don't break the rules, even if they are distasteful. If you don't want to see his avatar (and posts), put the user on your foe list.
