Well I wasnt even going to look at this but merley tell you that the mod's will tell you to Foe him and move on, but Im glad that I did.

I think you just opened up a can of worms on yourself my friend.

Here goes:

Background before I start getting into the chat is that in the game Red (Shabel) the accused had a dominating stance due to yellow (The_LV_Godfather) pink (Guillermo Moad) & blue (you) all fighting for the same areas. Its also duly to note here that green (DrifterHegji) benefited from you 3 duking it out as well.

In round 24 when all was pretty much lost for all players in this game besides red (Shabel) & green (DrifterHegji) you made an attempted suicide run at the accused.

and now is where chat tells the story:

Game 4131647 Game Chat wrote:2009-02-20 17:45:30 - Shabel: that made no sense blue.......or was that a plan for green?

2009-02-20 18:00:27 - FlaxFlower: Shabel...your analysis is correct...it was a plan for green...but not one he asked for.
2009-02-20 18:01:45 - FlaxFlower: I decided that since I had no hope of winning that I'd throw the game to someone else. Green and I have played a lot of games together...both as opponents and partners, so I choose him.
2009-02-20 18:04:11 -FlaxFlower: Beside's my borders were eroding rapidly and I only had a deployment of 3...what better chance did I have than to go hide in a corner...and hope for better days

My friend you just openly admitted to the violation of an Unwritten Rule

Unwritten Rules

Obviously any gross abuse of the game is forbidden. This includes but is not limited to: throwing games or deliberately benefiting from thrown games, intentional deadbeating, serial teammate killing, hijacking accounts, systematically "farming" new members.

And maybe even violation of:

Rule #2: No secret diplomacy

Seeing as you said that you knew the player that benefited from your intentional throwing of this game.

But there's more:

Shabel goes on to ask you to clarify if you were cheating and look at the format of your response.

Game 4131647 Game Chat wrote:2009-02-21 01:51:28 - FlaxFlower: 1. Since I was in the middle between two "giants"....my end was clearly in sight.
2009-02-21 01:52:22 - FlaxFlower: 2. I could have just sat there and let both of you nibble away...but that's no fun. I like to make broad, sweeping moves...they're fun!!
2009-02-21 01:53:07 - FlaxFlower: 3. You were slightly the weaker of the two and my broad move would go a lot farther and thus be move fun.
2009-02-21 01:54:54 - FlaxFlower: 4. It helped that I had a history with Drifter...although I'll repeat myself...he had no idea I would do what I did...there was no cheating going on

Never mind what you wrote, whats interesting is how you format your response by numbering your reasoning.

Here's why its interesting:

Game 4131647 Game Chat wrote:2009-02-21 20:05:56 - DrifterHegji: Dear Shabel, let me see if i understand your so called "logic?"
2009-02-21 20:11:19 - DrifterHegji: 1. If i had chosen to speak up and defend Flax, that would have decreased the likelihood that Flax and I were colluding? that makes a lot of sense
2009-02-21 20:13:41 - DrifterHegji: (BTW, what is cohersion? Did you mean cohesion? Are Flax and I glue? or did you mean coercion? Am I using threats of force to induce particular responses from Flax?...
2009-02-21 20:15:08 - DrifterHegji: ...or did you really mean some cross breed between the two? using glue to force actions, or someone being forced to choose glue? I guess your genius is unappreciated in your time)
2009-02-21 20:17:22 - DrifterHegji: 2. Its only "fishy" when Flax does something to you that he has done to me at least twice already this game? By your logic, i should be accusing you two of colluding together. Are you?
2009-02-21 20:20:00 - DrifterHegji: Of couse there's not need to ask. I know Flax well enough to know that he doesn't collude at all, and certainly not with someone that makes no sense and whines when things don't go his way
2009-02-21 20:20:14 - DrifterHegji: *no need to ask

Once again I could care less about the text, but the format that it is in. Now this may be a coincidence that both players choose to write this way, but given the fact that you FlaxFlower openly stated that you threw the game to the other party who has very similar syntax and format preferences as you do throws up a red flag.

FlaxFlower & DrifterHegji both have the same US Country flag. And from the looks of the non teams games you have played together DrifterHegji usually wins, so maybe you throwing him the game hasn't been a one time occurrence. Lets see what the mods find out about that.

Here are the games the Newly accused have together:

Teams games where they are partners:
Teams games where they aren't partners:
Non Teams games in together:

You two (DrifterHegji/FlaxFlower) may not be multi's or you very well may, regardless its very apparent their has been a violation of rules here, and it wasn't on Shabel.

This further proves my point that if you are going to report a case in this forum, you yourself should have a background check.

Best of luck,

King Sam

Actually, the OP didn't say anything here...the third party that attempted to throw the game to the OP said it. That's significant, as that third party appears to have been acting on his own without the OP's knowledge (though there certainly is no guarantee of that, obviously).

The OP didn't say any such thing, at least not where you quoted.

I actually can see why he would have done this. He was probably trying to ensure that his responses would "match up" with the other party's points. So his #1 matched up with the other guy's #1. So he formatted it the same way so it'd be obvious.

That does make sense to me too.
