Killer your evidence you provided says exactly what the others have said:

That he openly admitted he had a brother that was busted as a multiple account user

He even did this in your game together

I dont see any reason to support your claim, maybe you get lucky with this one.

the accounts are all on his ip
he will be banned with all the multys on the ip

I don't think killerpit is very hard to beat, even for a new player. Just because people use the same ip doesn't mean they are multis.
