I don't get it. How can you even be a multi if you're on a team together? What advantage does a cheater get by doing that?

There is no advantage.

I don't think its a multi, just because of this in the first game:

Look at the times on that. They probably just call each other up or IM each other and start their turns together.

I can personally vouch for Supercram. He is not a multi as i was his mentor and taught him personally. He has no need to be a multi as he is pretty good and would never result to any behavior as mentioned above. As to the time log ins, please review my games with him, as we messeged each other by phone when we could log on and take our turns, a tactic he learned from me. But continue to investigate. Once its over, i think he deserves an apology for a false accusation.

And sure there is advantage.

I play doubles with my girlfreind and we try to play togehter. It makes alot of difffirence.

thank you for posting this, juventino. that was nice of you, especially after the game where i know we had a bit of unfortunate fortune and you were less than pleased. my feedback has been cleared.

yes it's true. ckrick and i play freestyle doubles and i introduced him to CC. we are coworkers and friends. we live in the same city, work in the same office, and know each others' phone numbers so we can play at the same time when we are at home.

ckrick took on his first singles game today. (i am not involved in that game). the little guy is all grown up, lol.

we do not intend to play singles with one another.

if you guys check the game logs, you will see that we do not always take our turn together, especially if it's in the evening PST time and especially if it's a clear win for one or the other person.

this will be very easy for mods to check because we have two different computers with (i'm guessing) two different IPs. and also, there is team chat between us in the chat window when we are not playing at the same time.

please investigate at your leisure; we have nothing to hide.

if you want to leave negative feedback, that is your perogative.

but do me a favor. go look at ALL the games I play with ckrick. we have NEVER missed a turn before. NOT ONCE in any of them. the only turn we have EVER missed was in our game with you and peppe.

when you make generalizations like this you make it so people will not want to play us, and you do not even have all the facts. Your argument has no basis, other than suspicion. i know from your profile that you are a lawyer. in this case, the evidence is against you.

so if you want to leave negative feedback, i suggest you revise it to say this:
"In a game with supercram and ckrick, they missed a turn and then their armies were doubled. i think they used this as an unfair tactic."

You talked to me of honor. The above language would at least be honorable negative feedback, and at least you'd be telling the truth.

When you say: "He and his partner miss turns as a tactic" it makes it sound like we do it all the time. In English, which is obviously not your first language, this is a strong statement that is unsupported by reality.

Go look at my game logs and you will see what I mean. Collect all the facts. There are not that many games with me and ckrick, and it will not take you very long, maybe about 10 minutes of your time.

And I cannot leave negative feedback for you because it would be revenge feedback, and that is not allowed by the rules.

And I would not leave negative feedback for you because I think you and peppe played a good game. except that you missed a turn, and later, peppe delayed ending her turn until the round was over, so that your team could go first again. she let her time run out, and the round ended, and you guys were allowed to go again. that seems like double turns to me, and i think THAT is not honorable playing.

if you look back at the game, you piled a lot of armies in the north and we decided to hit you head-on. but this was after we had forgotten to come back and check on the game. by the time we hit START TURN we had run out of time and it was a new round. we did not know if you were online or not online. that is the risk of freestyle. if you had been online at the time you would have been allowed to take your turn and counteract us.

instead, you were not online, and once we eliminated your large army in the north, your team was scattered on the map and you were not able to regroup effectively.

let's not forget that the additional armies we received for missing a turn was a total of 7 armies. AND since we missed a turn, we had the disadvantage of not being able to get a card.

i suggest you weigh what i've written here, and rethink your negative feedback. at the very least, it should be revised to include specifically what bothers you, and should include that you admit to being upset that you lost and "didnt acted in a very mature way about it."

rather than each of us posting negative feedback on each other, which is a race to the bottom of unsportsmanlike conduct, i suggest a rematch with nobody missing turns. not us, not you, and no delaying tactics on your end.

you and peppe, and me and ckrick seem to be good matches for one another since we play mainly freestyle doubles and we are all able to take turns at the same time (mostly).

we have a lot to gain from playing one another, and we have a lot to lose from not playing one another.

im going out on a limb here, with only the hope of helping you guys resolve this...you are both level headed, and while i havent played a lot..ive read many of your posts

i personally hate the loophole, i hate that it exists...i hate when people use it on me, and i dont think tt is the way the game was intended

however, it is legal, and therefore a risk in any freestyle games...i have never used it, but have considered it in dire circumstances. Some consider it a viable tactic, others do not

its been discussed widely, and what i think it comes down to is its legal and therefore always and option or a threat.

I hate to see bad blood between the two of you guys over this one game.

eventually I think it will be phased out or changed, but for now its there, and some people will use it, others will not, but I dont think fighting over it will be helpful.

I personally think negative feedback should be used to fight cheating, or abusive behavior, or extremely annoying behavior...

the two negatives that juventino has i believe are completely unfair and at least one is obviously revenge, if not both...personally i think they should be removed...he asks the people in the game if they are working together and it seems they were, and he knew they were friends...he's fairly cool about it too...he left a negative feedback warning others the two were friends and seemed to work together....that is the intention of negative feedback...the ones left for him are not the intent...im sure almost all will agree(note these are totally seperate from supercram...just an example of inapropriate feedback)

on this one...i do believe juventino can leave feedback...he doesnt agree with it, and believes its unfair so it is a fair negative feedback...however, I suggest that because supercram doesnt do it on every game...and only one that it may be worth letting go...

also, supercram, you probably could leave a negative feedback stating that juventino played in a manner you considered inappropriate, and that you didnt agree with his chat in the game...if you are only countering feedback it is revenge feedback...if you are commenting on how the game was played, it may very well be o.k. to leave it...

it is an annoying way to lose, but a legal one and i dont think you guys really want to battle over this

ive had a few conversations with people in my 800 games or so, and i regret the ones that were over one game or one little point

i always feel better after letting it go and playing a rematch...i have some very positive feedbacks from players i at one point had a disagreement with....i truly suggest you give it a try on this one

I respect you both...juventino..youre a top ranked player, and i know a nice guy who speaks many languages and is a hell of a player...

there are players that cheat, abuse other players, and ruin this game, and i think we should use the negative feedback for them...

as i said. I really understand if you leave feedback for me and i would understand it, it is not the end of the world.

I only have one other respons.

When my girlfriend played her turn she had to leave and couldnt play or finish her turn. Or even start the next turn. If she would have done that. 8 extra armies would have won us the game. But, as i said, it is not a very nice tactic so it was not to be done. And she didnt.

I dont blame her for not finish the turn or not to start the turn after that and therefore lost us the game. It is just a game.

And i was very juvenile of me not to play a turn but i only had 10 min of gametime that day and therefore i chosed your game as the one to skip. Sorry about that.
