Comments: One is a new account I'm suspecting it has been set up to aid him in his game but they are playing turns exactly after each other,no gaps,the times on the side give it away

1.The first game you posted does not involve either of them.
2.They only played right after another for 1 turn. That's usually not enough to prove that they're multis. Also, two players being in the same freestyle game playing at around the same time is not a rare situation...
