And they also have almost the same points, they played a lot of game together, and they both come from the same weird country...
These 2 have played 104 games together, 103 of them they were on the same team

Because "they come from the same weird country", have almost the same points, and play alot together doesnt mean crap.
One may be account sitting for the other seeing as they most likely know each other. Coming from the same weird country and playing so much together and all, which would be the reason for the online thing.
The main thing that is suspicious is the connection thing, they/he played on the same computer, he said it. So why? because the 2 account belong to the same person? or 2 person? I'd like to know. And it's so a good excuse, we play on same computer... so I just have to start 2 other account, and say to conquerclub, oh, it's my brother and sister, so i play in team with myself... sorry, but I don't buy it, he is seriously cheating, and me that I hate cheating, I report it, just to be sure. so stop taking his defence and investiguate a little bit, it's defenitely suspicious... because of the connection thing, I agreed with you that the other thing doesnt mean crap, because I always played with my friend, so I understand that.
and all the others thing make sens, it's difficult to play on 2 account in differents country... and they don't attack themselves on standard games on the only game they played while they were ``ennemies`` so that definitely secret deplomacy, which is forbidden anyway.
