I have checked if they had numerous games before and this is their 2nd game played together so far which is even months apart. We would need more than one game of strong evidence of malicious plays involving the same players to warrant a block. We do not go into pm's and those lines said in the game chat by blue does not necessarily mean he and yellow were already having a secret conversation. If you feel they had a secret alliance in this game however, then you can give them the ratings you think they deserve.
