I don't use photoshop, but I think it's got something to do with saving the different frames as different layers and then messing around with the save settings until you find what you need.

Either that, or there should be some sort of animation function. Most modern graphics manipulation programs have them.

yup its offical...even my brother who took photoshop hasn't a clue.. well given money in a college class? I dont know! lol. but I havent the slightest idea in this one!

You have to use ImageReady for animation. (ImageReady comes with Photoshop) Just open the gif with ImageReady, and you should be able to edit the frames. Or, if you open the gif in Photoshop, the animation should be spread out on the layers. Once you have edited each layer how you want it, move it to ImageReady. (The tool to do this should be at the bottom of the default tools section.) Then create one frame for each layer, and cycle through the frames.

And if that doesn't work, then I don't know.
